Philospohically, why am I a submissive?

I'm a boy coming to terms with myself. Was wondering what are your thoughts on boys? Why are we the way we are? When I think back on my earliest sexual thoughts they all involved submission. I tried to deny them for a long time and it's difficult to admit it still. Why do I feel this desire to take cock, to be held by big, strong Men, be told I'm a good boy?

So you’re having trouble coming to terms with being a submissive. Hmm, well there’s two components that might be giving you trouble. Component one is Society. “Everyone should be a leader, we should all be strong people who bow to no one!” That’s bullshit. It takes a lot of guts and personal strength to serve a man. After all you have to put your trust in someone else and let go. There are people who live their entire lives wanting to let go but being too afraid of what will happen if they do. Being able to do it on a consistent basis is cathartic. Component 2 is porn. Porn glorifies tops and often degrades bottoms or submissive behaving men. I’ve been trying to shout this from the roof tops for awhile… PORN IS NOT AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF VANILLA SEX LET ALONE KINKY SEX! Porn needs to sell as much of itself as it can, which means appealing to the broadest market possible and the most generic sexual interests possible. So do not take any messages from porn to be accurate, they’re simply broadly appealing, which, by definition, means they’re not for everyone. I think this is where people get “real doms are X” and “real subs do Y”. That’s pure manipulation.

The simple fact of the matter is… you’re important. Without submissives the entire kink community doesn’t work. You NEED an alpha as much as an alpha NEEDS you. Kinksters are halves of a whole and only feel complete when we play together. There’s an alpha out there single (or maybe with someone who isn’t right for him) that will come across your path at some point and find in you the submissive he needs. I’m glad you need to take cock and be cradled by a big, strong man because you’re one more submissive out there for a lonely alpha. Why do you have these feelings? Who knows? I personally think it’s an aspect of our personality. That helps me explain why some subs and doms work and others don’t, personality clashes.

I may not know why you’re a submissive. But I know why you should come to terms and embrace it. We need you. Without you there is no kink. Without you we’re lonely men with no one to admire or worship us. Without you, there’s no one we can look down on with warm feelings and quiet gratitude that we found our boy. And whomever you end up with in the end? He should be the one to tell you you’re important to him. So go out there and BE a good boy.
